Good to know
- Unlimited shared open play is available on every package during operating hours, subject to table availability; play may be capped at two-hour sessions when busy. A private or guaranteed table booking is a separate paid service.
- "Priority reservation" (Standard, VIP, Partner) means priority access and advance booking ahead of walk-ins — not unlimited or exclusive use of a private table.
- Monthly fees are due by the 5th of each month; annual packages (Standard & VIP) are paid upfront — 12 months for the price of 10.
- The Partner package covers two named players on one membership — both share the same start and expiry dates, and the listed discounts apply to both.
- Free VIP Suka-Suki entries are one per calendar month — they don't roll over and have no cash value.
- VIP video recordings, photography highlights and limited merchandise are subject to availability.
- Member rankings are updated every month. Memberships are personal and can't be shared or transferred.
