Short, honest terms — so everyone knows what they're agreeing to.

1. Membership packages & payment

Packages and fees: Student RM 38/month (valid student ID required); Standard RM 55/month or RM 550/year (2 months free); VIP RM 75/month or RM 750/year (2 months free); Partner RM 90/month (two named players).
Monthly fees are due on or before the 5th of each month. Annual packages are paid upfront for the full year.
Membership is personal to the named player(s) and cannot be shared or transferred.
Late payment may result in membership being paused until settled.
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid term. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Both players must be named at registration; both share the same start and expiry dates.
Partner members may visit together or separately, and the listed member discounts apply to both named players.
Partner changes are not permitted during a paid term; in exceptional circumstances one change may be allowed with management approval (an RM 30 administration fee may apply).
There is no refund if one partner stops attending — the remaining partner may continue using the membership until it expires.

Every package includes unlimited shared open play during operating hours, subject to table availability; during busy periods play may be limited to two-hour sessions. Private or guaranteed table bookings are a separate paid service.
"Priority reservation" (Standard and above) means priority access and advance booking ahead of walk-ins — it does not entitle a member to unlimited or exclusive use of a private table.
Other benefits vary by package as published on the Pricing page — Suka-Suki event and tournament discounts, 5–15% off coffee, non-coffee and matcha drinks, member league entry, and a birthday voucher (VIP).
VIP includes one free Suka-Suki event entry per calendar month; unused entries do not roll over and have no cash value.
VIP members can request video recordings of their plays inside the venue, receive priority in sports photography highlights, and get access to limited merchandise such as jerseys — subject to availability.
Member events may require advance registration; capacity can be limited.
Member rankings are updated monthly. Benefits have no cash value and may be adjusted with reasonable notice on this page.

Please take care of tables, paddles and the premises; damage caused by negligence may be charged.
Respect other players and staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or end a membership for serious misconduct.

Feedback can be sent anonymously; contact details (if given) are used only to reply.
We keep feedback to improve our services and may not reply to every submission.
Do not submit unlawful, obscene or abusive content.

Personal data from forms on this site is used solely to process membership registrations and feedback.
Data is kept as private records in our content management system and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
